United Sovereign Americans (USA) filed Federal complaints in Florida, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, Texas, North Carolina, Michigan, and Colorado, with Georgia soon to be next. When two lawsuits address the same violation with opposite rulings, the Supreme Court must resolve the conflict. All that is needed is one favorable ruling.
