Shalom! Now is the time to take action to remove the pornographic books from the public schools of Nassau County! I am asking all of you to file an objection to ONE BOOK asap. Below is a flyer that shows you how to do that and makes it easy. There is a link to 46 pornographic books on the flyer. Pick one. You start with an email to the Assistant Supt of Schools. He will reply with a form you complete and return to him. Then, the book is removed from the schools within 5 days for a review. A committee reviews the book and tells the School Board their recommendation. The School Board votes. You can then appeal to the Superintendent. You can also appeal, if necessary to the State Board of Education in Tallahassee. It is a simple process. Governor DeSantis is on our side! Please let me know which book you object to, so I can inform the others to choose another book. County residents can object to one book per month, but parents of students can object to all 46! Let me know if you know of a parent in the public schools who is willing to object to all 46! PS There is no requirement to read the whole book or speak at a hearing. Thanks so much and God bless.
