Education Bills

Hope Scholarship is a hugely popular and little known option for parents to take their children out of the public schools and place them in a private school with the $8,000/year scholarship.  It is easy to qualify.  Some legislators and school administrators do not want parents to have the option.

Can you believe that it is currently ILLEGAL to hand count ballots in Florida.  When Nassau CDF asked to recount one Nassau precinct in 2020 (recommended by Capt Seth Ketchel), that was the answer.  Its true.  One bill under consideration is allow optional recounts.  HB 359.  Ten freshman legislators have stepped up to sponsor the bill.  Here is a short video explaining the need.
