Change is their theme. Parents beware.
Nassau Citizens Defending Freedom has finally won a court order from Nassau County Judge Aho to compel Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare and Nassau County School District to provide public access to the Ripple Effects software that Starting Point provides to Nassau School children.
Children are referred through the BRAVE Care Connect program which is a front organization for UF Health Flagler Hospital. Parents are not told that they are being referred to a mental hospital.
The Ripple Effects software and Starting Point counseling is presented to parents to deal with issues like behavior, mental health concerns, sexual issues, family issues and even poor grades. Initial very limited reviews and the video below suggest that there may be a more sinister agenda.
This entire process began when Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare counselors coached a 16 year old child that they would counsel her on her sexual confusion issues and NOT tell her parents about it. This all happened at the family friendly, child friendly Pride Festival of 2023 at the Starting Point booth in our Fernandina Beach City Park.
Finally, a request to Nassau School District from Jack Knocke of Nassau Citizens Defending Freedom on August 1st of 2023 will lead to disclosure to citizens in December of 2024. It is about time!

Local Civic Organization Forces Nassau School District to Disclose Curriculum
The time to sit by idly and complain is over. We are seeing patriots and Christians step up nationally to make a difference. Our issues locally are just the same. If people stand up, we can protect our culture, our children, our community and our values – for everyone. If you stay home, expect more of the same. It is never a problem until it hits you personally. Don’t wait for that to happen.
